Our Process
Coaching
Clients choose to work either in person, on the phone, or a combination of the two, and are welcome to email updates between sessions. Most clients opt for 50 minute sessions each week but some choose half hour sessions and meet 2-3 times per month.
As coaches, we work with clients to identify new directions for their lives by uncovering deeply held beliefs and values. The thinking is, that not all of our values are obvious to us. Many of them have been ignored or marginalized because we’ve been socialized to think they’re not useful to us. We help clients create goals for themselves and move beyond what’s not working, go after what they want more of, and move past the all too familiar roadblocks that get in their way. We challenge and support clients to take action that leads to their desired outcomes and hold them accountable for results. As coaches, we believe that our clients have the capacity to lead successful, powerful, and fulfilling lives.
As a client, you can expect to do more than talk. Coaching tools and exercises will have you moving around from time to time, visualizing, and of course leaving with some kind of “homework” designed in the moment to move you toward your stated goals.
